The Credit Adjustments Contract allows you to make adjustments to the credit hours that you are taking this quarter. The contract is completed during the sixth or seventh week of the quarter and can be used to add or reduce the number of credit hours you are registered for. Please use the following form in PDF format to fill out any adjustments to your credit hours for the current quarter. Because each language department has different rules regarding the credits contract, consult with your instructor to fill out the form correctly, discuss the credit adjustments that you are planning, and to get the needed signature from your instructor. Depending on your program, you may or may not need to fill out a contract if you are not making any changes. Remember that the contract cannot be used to withdraw from your I.I. course. Please print ONE copy of the contract once you have filled it out. Three copies will print out on one sheet. You will need to get your instructor’s signature on each copy: one will be turned in to your instructor, one will be turned into your College and one is for your files.
